How to install Parrot Clips:
For best results slide the steady-clip on the center of Parrot Clip. Face steady-clip in the direction you are stringing lights. Steady-clips are usually needed only at the ends and middle of light strings.
For stair step walls. Place Parrot Clip with steady-clips installed facing each other on parapet or block wall. After Parrot Clips are on the wall, align the steady-clips and press on steady-clip snap.
Simply slide parrot clip over parapet wall or block wall and hang your lights, garland, wreaths, etc. With three hooks to choose from, you can do what I do, hang big lights on top hook and ice sickle lights on bottom hook. |
